Requirements and duties:

  • Gr. 12;
  • Computer Literate: MS Office Suite;
  • Communication skills both verbal and written;
  • Fully au fait in English, Afrikaans and Sotho will be advantageous;
  • Valid Drivers License with own reliable vehicle;
  • Financial experience will be an advantage;
  • Will be required to work shifts;
  • Buying and selling foreign exchange promptly, accurately and efficiently.;
  • Report customer complaints and inquiries to Branch Manager;
  • Maintain good relationships with all customers and maintain good customers service;
  • Responsible for all administrative duties including completing all relevant forex documentation accurately;
  • Managing foreign cash levels according to branch requirements;
  • Get authorization from Branch Manager for all branch expenses and discounts within prescribed limits;
  • Responsible for all cash up duties and procedures;
  • Ensure all transactions are COD unless authorized by Head Office;
  • Controlling of all cash holdings and ensure limits are adhered to;
