Requirements:
- Gr. 12;
- Computer Literate: MS Office Suite;
- Communication skills both verbal and written;
- Fully au fait in English, Afrikaans and Sotho will be advantageous;
- Valid Drivers License with own reliable vehicle;
- Financial experience will be an advantage;
- Will be required to work shifts;
- Applicants must reside in Musina or surrounding area;
Duties may include:
- Buying and selling foreign exchange promptly, accurately and efficiently;
- Report customer complaints and inquiries to Branch Manager;
- Maintain good relationships with all customers and maintain good customers service;
- Responsible for all administrative duties including completing all relevant Forex documentation accurately;
- Managing foreign cash levels according to branch requirements;
- Get authorization from Branch Manager for all branch expenses and discounts within prescribed limits;
- Responsible for all cash up duties and procedures;
- Ensure all transactions are COD unless authorized by Head Office;
- Controlling of all cash holdings and ensure limits are adhered to;
