Sales Manager – Telecommunications

  • Grade 12;
  • Valid drivers license;
  • Computer literate: MS Office Suite;
  • 5 years’ experience in Senior  Sales Management within a target driven environment;
  • Experience in the PABX / VOIP systems industry;
  • Sales / Marketing Diploma will be an advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;

Duties may include:

  • Achieving of monthly sales targets, objectives, management of sales teams and operations;
  • Preparing and implementing sales action plans and strategies;
  • Managing sales teams to achieve customer service objectives, sales volumes and value objectives;
  • Training and motivating the sales team;
  • Sales administration and record keeping;
  • Developing and maintaining the client base, new project development;
  • Sourcing new business opportunities and project development;
  • Pricing, capital outlay,  project and contracts negotiations;
  • Preparing presentations, proposals to Corporate  Clients, Boards, Municipalities and Government Departments;
  • Ensuring efficient installation timeous service delivery within the project planning and costing;
  • Maintaining service levels and ongoing relationship development with clients;
  • Reporting to the CEO and Board weekly and monthly sales results, projects and efficient resources management;
  • Responsible for all general management of the daily business, turnover and business plan implementation;
  • Objectives and resource planning and development;
