Requirements:
- Gr 12 or equivalent;
- Computer Literate: MS Office Suite;
- Valid drivers licence with reliable vehicle;
- 3-5 Years’ Experience in Warehouse Management;
- Prior experience in managing staff is essential;
- Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills;
Duties may include:
- Picking, checking and loading of stock.
- Load planning and control of transport leaving the warehouse.
- Cycle counting and replenishing.
- Maintaining stock levels.
- Internal warehouse processes.
- Assisting with material investigations.
- Occasional maintenance duties.
- Operating of reach trucks and fork lifts.
- Capturing stock data on the system.
- Warehouse maintenance and housekeeping duties.
- All general stock control and stock administration duties.
- Acting as Supervisor at the Out Bound department.
- Creating, planning and issuing of materials.
- Debriefing of drivers and assisting with route planning.
- Scheduling of deliveries to other business units
- Pallet control, checking in and out of material.
- Time and staff management.
- Supervising of staff, administration functions and daily operations.
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Preparing and submitting of reports to management.
