Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management or Sales will be advantageous.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant business software.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage all branch operations including sales, administration, and service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and objectives.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure high performance and customer service excellence.
- Monitor and manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth within the region.
- Oversee stock and inventory management where applicable.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
